Hi everyone! I'm Daniel, a rising senior at Canyon Crest Academy in San Diego and one of five student organizers for the ISCB Youth Bioinformatics Symposium. I'm passionate about cancer biology and bioinformatics: my research has spanned glioblastoma, bladder cancer, and renal cell carcinoma, and I co-founded Tumor Tactics, a cancer education card game for K-8 students. I'm excited to help bring together students who are curious about using data and computation to understand disease. Feel free to reach out!
